CFEclipse disable variable suggestions (content assist)

I’ve been quite annoyed for my term using CFEclipse, having to hit the escape key every time I paused during typing for any length of time.  The content assist, or as they call it, “variable parsing” would pop up a window suggesting variables that if found in the file and there’s no way to get rid of it other than to hit escape, you can’t even continue typing.  Well, here’s the solution:
